SHIPPING IN TURKEY

Shipping is free for purchases that cost 1000 TL and exceed 1000 TL. For purchases that cost less than 1000 TL, a courier fee is added to the total amount in your shopping cart.

Orders are shipped within 1-3 weekdays except national holidays. Your order is delivered to your address in Istanbul the following weekday and within three weekdays for the all other cities in Turkey, with Yurtici Kargo.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We ship our international orders with DHL Express. Delivery time for international orders varies between 3 and 10 days. Please be aware that in some cases, local customs may withhold the order, therefore causing delays in delivery time. This matter is out of our control. The shipping fee for international orders is based on the country where the order will be shipped. Your shipping fee is calculated after you enter your address as you complete your purchase. In some cases local customs may charge additional tax or duties costs which will be customer’s responsibility. Unfortunately, we have no control over these charges, and cannot tell you what the cost might be, as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country. The customer must take full liability for any parcels returned to us due to unpaid customs charges.
